Speech Dispatcher sources moved to Git

Hello,

we have moved Speech Dispatcher sources to Git, which will
hopefully lead to easier use, better version management
and improvements in work coordination.

The new GIT archive is:

   git://git.freebsoft.org/git/speechd

and instructions how to use it are available at
the Speech Dispatcher project page:

   http://www.freebsoft.org/speechd

Please do not submit any new changes to CVS from now
except to speechd-java, which is a separate package and
remains in CVS for now.
