[PATCH] misc fixes for oss output driver

Hi,
the filedescriptors of /dev/dsp  were checked wrong.
0 can be a valid fd so it's better to use values <0 for invalid fd's and
<= 0 for valid ones.
The attached patch fixes this problem.
This Patch is against lukes git tree because I don't know what's the
status of speechd development 
tree. I didn't see changes  months.
