Speech dispatcher in FC12

Hi All,

I am new here and have some problems getting speech dispatcher up and
running on FC12. It says the service is running but its not appearing in the
speech section of orca preferences where I can then change over to it and
use it as my default synth. I have ran the utility "SPD-conf -d". It tells
me that in line 6 the speech_config is missing
I am not sure what exactly this means so would be greatful for any help
someone could give me in getting this issue sorted out.
