Hi Folks,
the situation isn't so bad any more.
I can't understand why some of you insist in using the viavoice stuff
every time.
Sure espeak is  not the same but well usable.
I have used eloquence under windows and several years under linux.
Now I have switched completely to espeak.
It works under 64 bit linux.
Lets try to help the Author of espeak to improove it instead waiting for
an update which will never come!

@Jonathan Duddington thanks for you great work on espeak!
