Just curious; if I try libao, do I need to install/setup pulse audio
on my system or can I continue to use ALSA at first? I figured I would
rather trying one step at a time here. I am a package maintainer for
Speech Dispatcher on Arch Linux distro so wanna keep things working.
If libao is more stable, I'm all for it. Actually, I haven't
experienced these seg faults yet. Maybe that's due to having an SB
Live multi channel card in my box.
