Cepstral Voice Module

[Storm Dragon]

Hi,
when I compile and install speech-dispatcher Cepstral voices don't seem
to work. I have them working on a 9.10 system with pulseaudio removed
and the version of speech-dispatcher installed from the repository in
9.10, 0.6.7. Is there something that has to be done during the
compilation for Cepstral to work, or is it code related?
