When building speech dispatcher, what actually determines what
libraries get used? I'm trying to build a package that can be
distributed with distros so I'm configuring with both ALSA and libao
support. The output methods can be chosen between ALSA, OSS, Pulse,
etc. But what of the libraries used?
Also, is there anyway to get SD to work with OSS4?
