Changes in my own Git. Will push soon after syncing with
Lukes Git first. For example, there was one problem with
the current PA backend in that it didn't reflect correctly
on changes in the sound data parameters (samplerate etc.)
So I have a fix which reopens the connection when these
parameters change from the synth.

Further, I didn't mean we are just reviewing, we are
also working on fixing some things and making new
changes. Thus my call for feedback.

I'll likely be posting some questions about the session
integration mechanism soon. It still doesn't work as smooth
as expected here, but goes a very reasonable way and
we would like to improve it.
