There is one serious issue, imho, with sbl which will have to be fixed
somehow.  Basically, it does not autoread anything.  So, if you do
something like 
less foo.txt

you are forced to use review mode to read the file instead of just
listening to it spoken like you would with any other screen reader I
have worked with.
