 I'm thinking that we will possibly only have the renamed fdset.h in
 this directory, but I'm not sure about that yet.  If we do have only
 header files in this directory, I will probably rename it to include/
 instead of src/common.

I'm thinking that include/ would then have any header files in it which
are shared between parts of the project, and if we do have a
src/common, it will include any .c sources which are shared.
