Hi Peter,

Thanks for providing a spec file. I see there are some bugs which need to  
be fixed.

do you still encounter build problems after commenting out the old python  
build?

Some remarks on your spec file.

iconv -f ISO-8859-2 -t UTF-8 doc/speech-dispatcher-cs.texi -o  
doc/speech-dispatcher-cs_c.texi
mv doc/speech-dispatcher-cs_c.texi doc/speech-dispatcher-cs.texi

you do not need it anymore, it can be commented

# Remove dummy sound
%{__rm} -rf %{buildroot}/%{_datadir}/sounds/

you should not remove dummy-message.wav, otherwise dummy plugin will not  
work.
test.wav can be removed.
