Hello Milan,

please see 
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/speech-dispatcher/+bug/534190
for a discussion of this issue in Ubuntu including a proper patch that is in 
0.7.1 and contains
the git commit SHA that introduced it into SD. I am sorry I did not send the 
patch to Debian
after it was accepted in Ubuntu. I sent it only to SD for inclusion into 0.7.1.
