No. This sort of thing would be possible with a TTSAPI implementation.
TTSAPI allows clients to retrieve synthesized audio. Once retrieved,
the client can do whatever it needs to do with the data, including
writing it to a file. TTSAPI isn't implemented, so this is just
theoretical.
