[PATCH] First revision with hungarian translation file

Dear List,

I sending the first revision with Speech-dispatcher hungarian 
translation file.
I using committable patch format, if this is not good the 
verifyer/committer person, please tell me and I using another format.
This patch containing two modifications:
1. A modification with po/LINGUAS file, I inserted the hungarian locale 
with end of the file.
2. A new hu.po file with containing all translatable messages.

I tested the translated messages, every messages is right translated 
with hungarian language if I using speech-dispatcher --help command.
Now only src/serwer/options.c file have the po/POTFILES.in file, the 
translatable messages number is 18 messages.

If I not do any mistake, please commit anybody this change.
