best location to report bugs?

Hi All,

I've got a couple of bugs on fedora that we keep running into but I'm
not sure the best spot to report them as I can't seem to find a bug
tracker. So on the off chance this is the best spot.

The first one is that with the default fedora build it installs the
plugin modules in /usr/lib(64)/speech-dispatcher/ but doesn't seem to
search for them and hence doesn't find them. Details here [1].

The seconds one is a crash [2] when run with mumble that I've got a
dozen or so dupes for.
