An Orca sayall problem with fixed prewious with Open-TTS, but not Speech-dispatcher

Hy,

When I using Orca, and a webpage containing more links, happening pauses 
when Orca continous read links with sayall operation.
This problem I think fixed prewious Trev with OpenTTS, but this fix are 
losted and not committed with Speech-dispatcher when OpenTTS and 
Speech-dispatcher are merged.
Prewious have an opened bugreport with this problem related in bugzilla 
the Orca related:

Anybody remember this commit or this fix? How can possible identifying 
this fix to merging this fix with Speech-dispatcher too?
