swift-generic failure to list voices

speech dispatcher won't list sd_generic (and thus swift-generic) voices 304 
CANT LIST VOICES

this breaks jovie in KDE when speechd is setup to use swift.

can you fix this?  I can see you returning NULL from the list function in 
sd_generic, even though the necessary information is properly configured 
in the swift-generic.conf configuration file.

Also your freebsoft bug tracker would not let me file a bug, it would not list 
the project in the new bug form.
