Hey folks.
After talking with various folks on IRC in other channel about Speech
Dispatcher, I've decided to create a Speech Dispatcher channel. Details are as
follows:
Channel: #speech-dispatcher
Network: Freenode
I am thinking of setting up a bot to post in the channel when commits are
pushed to the tree, and maybe something useful for helping with referencing
bugs.
