Free module list function patch.

Hello all,

In making the c api of libspeechd a bit more consistent I've got a patch to
add free_spd_modules to safely and correctly free the module list gotten
from spd_list_modules. The same arguments for and against could be used as
free_spd_voices but it seems to be pretty straightforward to me.
