There is the problem. Speech Dispatcher now uses XDG_RUNTIME_DIR to
store relevant session files, including the socket. You will have to pull
speechd-el from git to properly work with the new socket location. It can
be cloned from git://git.freebsoft.org/git/speechd-el.git.
