Hey folks.
Thanks to the help of Hypra, support is being added to Speech Dispatcher to
support punctuation pre-processing. This is required for a particular speech
synthesizer, but may be beneficial to all synthesizers used with Speech
Dispatcher. This uses the punctuation rule set files from the NVDA project,
and the processing code is a port of NVDA's code from python to C.
I had thought of turning this off by default, but I think it makes more sense
to leave it turned on so that those of you who use git master can test it.
This is just a heads up to those who do use git master to be aware of this
change, in case you find that something breaks.
Thanks to Hypra again, and apologies for taking so long to merge this, real
life and personal stuff has gotten in the way somewhat.
