How to use or buy Ivona voices?

So, is there any user of Ivona on Linux? If I understand what Didier 
says, it seems it's impossible to use the Speech Dispatcher module of 
Ivona. So maybe we could drop if no usable.

I don't find on the site given by Didier a Linux version, see this page 
https://harposoftware.com/en/french/157-celine-french-voice.html it's 
indicated "windows".
