Did it the dirty way (scons, move the module into place and touch
/etc/speech-dispatcher/modules/rhvoice.conf, then add a line for it in
/etc/speech-dispatcher/speechd.conf.
But I forgot to install the shared lib, stupid me. Will take the time to
package it cleanly, stay tuned.
