Well, I could get it working (somehow) including
in the boot command line:
soundcore.preclaim_oss=0
However there is a lot of noise when trying it
through orca or spd-say to the point it useless.
The noise continue even after it ceased to speak.
I don't know if anybody else tried it recently
but I won't complain if you remove this module
completely.
