Please remove the cicero module

got this in /var/log/messages:

This happens if all AddModule lines stay commented out as then all
modules are loaded.

Samuel, I remember that you preferred to keep this module just in case
someone wants to resume its development, but then, can't you just back
it up somewhere else?

and while you are at it, remove the corresponding AddModule from
speechd.conf?
