But is there a core file in the current directory?

Err, it's only been 12 hours since it was sent, I am currently at work,
just leave me time to get back to it :)

(applying at patch takes much more some time than just calling patch
+ git commit/push: as a maintainer I have to understand what it is
supposed to do, whether it actually does it, the potential consequences,
etc.)
