Dropping the pico-generic, espeak-generic and espeak-ng-generic?

Hello,

Speech dispatcher is still including the pico-generic, espeak-generic,
and espeak-ng-generic modules, while there are the pico, espeak, and
espeak-ng modules which, AFAIK work strictly better, i.e. there is no
feature that the former support that the latter wouldn't support. Is
that right, or am I perhaps missing something?

If nobody complains, I will remove them to unclutter the synthesis list
a bit :)
