Symbols reading configuration

Hi.

In which order symbols dictionaries should be placed in the speechd config?

I have installed latest master of speech-dispatcher, and when orca 
replacet it's internal symbols parsing to speech dispatcher, i can't 
properly hear characters > ' " and maybe something more.

And when i type { or } or ) i can hear nawiasklamrowy, 
prawynawiasklamrow, ponawiasie without spaces, but in the polish 
symbols.dic file included with speech dispatcher symbols names are 
different than i hear.
