Hi,

Another patch :
This one adds some filtering to the description.

Some feeds (e.g http://linuxfr.org/backend-journaux.rss) use plan text
instead of HTML in the description. This results in a very badly
formatted description : everything on one line, etc ...

If the description contains no tags at all, we consider it as plain text
and add the necessary <br/> tags.

Again, patch made against juri's tla archive.
