You don't need to do anything to get ASDF working, you just need to
request it. Bundled things does get out of date with time, that's to be
expected.

stumpish is a command that allows you to send commands to StumpWM (in
the PREFIX-semicolon sense). Sending Lisp forms to evaluate is not
directly supported, as they are supposed just to be fed to "eval"
command.
