I use firefox daily in Stump.
Did you import a configuration that tried to have keyboard remapping
for firefox or other browsers? I've seen sample configurations which
included key re-binding for firefox.
Is this a focus issue? If you split the screen and run xev, can you
select the firefox window and type?
