IIRC org admins can actually modify scores as they want. But obviously I
won't do something based solely on my own judgement.

I think that is the way to go, if we ever reach this situation, which
seems plausible due the ammount of new proposals today vs. slots we're
expecting (~20). Lets wait for the deadline and early evaluations. If we
judge necessary, let's have one or two IRC meetings.
