Version 143 is the first release of the "generic-ized" SVORI available
for general testing. Please post problems/bugs to the web site
http://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/svori
Major changes for this version are:
* Client specific information removed.
* Numerous fields added to the Intake screen.
* Victim Impact field added to the Needs screen.
* Booking number added for those clients using them.
