Hello everybody,
I need some review or reference on the decision making mechanism (like in the
CATCHESCAPE model by Becu et al (2003), agent are represented as Cognitive
agent which opt their crop choice following a simplified linear programming),
the communication protocols, the learning process, the sharing of resources and
the movement of the agents in the environmental management (EM) application
particularly.
We can find the methodology of the above issues in the books of Jacques Ferber
(1999) Multi-agent systems and G. Weiß (Ed.), Multiagent systems, The MIT
Press. But they addressed the issue from the perspective of software agent.
Though the works of multi agent simulation in environmental management are
inspired by multi-agent systems (software agent) but the question lies how far
the agents have been modeled in real EM application?
I would appreciate your feedback.
Morshed
