[Swarm-Modelling] some question about Swarm in Windows 2000

 i am a new  learner of Swarm in China, i find it is very useful to do some research about economics. But when i use the Swarm ,i have met some questions about Swarm.So i want to ask to you for help.

      My operation system is Windows 2000,when i compile the programs with emacs ,there are always some mistakes and no .EXE file can be generated. i don't kown all about how to use Swarm in Windows 2000 , how to compile it and how to run it.Can you give me some help??
