Well, whatever it is that we 'know', Heatbugs-with-pixmaps will not run in
batchmode under 1.0.3. Try it yourself! The error message is: 

        error: Tcl (instance)
        Tcl does not recognize mainWindow
        IOT trap/Abort (core dumped)
