In ftp://ftp.santafe.edu/pub/swarm/users-contrib/eval there are now updated
versions of Breeder, GraphLib, and NeuroLib.
In ftp://ftp.santafe.edu/pub/swarm/users-contrib/anarchy there is now
an updated version of sss (Sugarscape in Swarm).
