I'm puzzled by this.  The Swarm installer should set up your
autoexec.bat (in the case of Windows 95) to have CYGFS be of the form
"//drive-name/Cygnus/B19"?  Are you saying that it instead set up a
CYGFS with the syntax "C:"?
