[Swarm-Support] pretest 12 for Windows

Hi folks,

A new build of Swarm  (2003-02-19), a.k.a. pretest 12 for Windows is 
available at:

ftp://ftp.swarm.org/pub/swarm/binaries/w32/latest/Swarm-2.2-pretest-12.tar.gz 


The main improvement is that HDF5 support is included, plus some HDF5 
related bug fixes.
Sun JDK may not work depending on what Cygwin DLL you have (it's a 
memory use conflict between the Java runtime and Cygwin), but 
GCJ-compiled Java models will work.
