I tested that version and it works for my install of Swarm.  Perhaps 
somehow you have Eclipse pointed at an older swarm.jar or actually your 
version of Swarm isn't 2.2?   I'd suggest setting all of the environment 
environments explicitly from the command line and using "java" to run 
jheatbugs.
