Dear Jason:
You don't mention if you are able to get the thing to build from the
SRPM as I provided it.
If it does build, I'd say you should use it the way it is and be happy
enough with that.
If it does not build, well, then you might want to dig into that big
hassle of removing some libraries, but please understand this. We are
carrying along the old libobjc and avcall for a good reasons--we had
usages that were dependent on them. If we had "trust" in the general
purpose versions of those libraries, we would not have them packaged
with Swarm itself. We have more-or-less trust in tcl/tk and blt, so we
don't have them packaged along with Swarm. But the base blt was bad for
a long time and we had to patch that (still do on Debian).
