is there any way, using pdf2swf or one of the other tools to produce a swf with links overlaying one jpg or png image...-s bitmap and -o1 -o2 are close to what i need, but still produce many bitmaps instead of one bitmap with the links overlayed....so something similar to what swfrender produces, but retaining the links?
