Do you mean the command /usr/bin/rpmbuild?

Suse provides this command with the rpm 'rpm'.  Does this mean that should 
have; APT::Build-Essential {"rpm";};?
But 'rpm' is listed in /etc/apt/rpmpriorities...

Anything that can be done?
