I suppose the same happens if you install those packages with apt. Usually I
get a descriptive message indicating that I tried to install packages of
which I do not have a signature installed. If that is the case with you, read
on.
Those packages can be installed with 'apt --no-checksig RPM1 [RPM2...]'.
The trick I use is:
apt clean # clean the rpm cache
select and attempt to install packages with synaptic
if that fails, I do:
apt --no-checksig install /var/cache/apt/archives/*.rpm
