I think it can :) I think the latest svn fixes this bug.

Unfortunately this message can be displayed after nearly any
operation. The most common ones are failed updates because the server
or network connection is down. So it has to be slightly more
generic.

I'll try to rember that :) You may want to to set the Mail-Followup-To
header. I think my mutt will not CC you automatically then.
