Dim the 'Mark All Upgrades' icon and text when no
upgrades are available.
I bring up Synaptic after I boot up, I do a 'Reload'
and go to other screens to do my everyday
housekeeping. When I return to the Synaptic screen I
have to click on the 'Mark All Upgrades' to see if the
'Apply' icon and text goes from dim to normal intensity.
It seems to me it would be a minor change to make the
'Mark All Upgrades' icon and text dim until/unless there
were upgrades available.
Functionally it doesn't do anything, but it just bugs me
that this minor change would improve the user interface
a little bit.
Thanks a lot if you accept this request - Tom
