[Taler] GNU Taler Hackathon

Dear all,

We'll have a GNU Taler hackathon January ~7-15+ at the decentrale.ch in
Mont Soleil (near St. Imier), Switzerland. The primary objective will be
to prepare the code (and documentation) for an external security audit.
If we finish that, we might also review the merchant backend API and/or
other "stuff".

January 10-12 we'll have a *GNU* hacker meeting
(https://www.gnu.org/ghm/2020/) at the same location.

If you intend to attend, please let me know (incl. which dates) so I can
ensure nobody has to sleep outside in the snow ;-).
