Hi!

We're currently waiting for review approval from Mozilla.  After Mozilla 
approves, the extension should be available again.

Previous versions have been disabled, as the reviewer had issues 
building them from the uploaded source tarball.  We previously didn't 
provide detailed enough build instructions and dependencies, but now we do.
