Ok, good.  I kind of figured you were already doing everything possible,
but just checking :).

Based on rms's previous answers in this regard, I doubt "the FSF" would
agree to any change in the usual terms.

However, the usual terms for translations are that the translator
disclaims copyright interest in general (rather than assigns it to the
FSF).  So I think they can be used under more or less any terms.

    As a side note, in texinfo, some translation files don't have the license 
    sentence (cz, da, de_AT, eo, fr, he, hr, hu, ja, nb, ru, sv, zh_TW)
    # This file is distributed under the same license as the texinfo package.

Just random sloppiness, I'm sure.  Those translation files are created
by the translators, not me.  I've never communicated personally with
most of the translations, it all goes through the TP robot.

    Karl, did you contact the texi2html translation authors for the
    copyright transfer to the FSF?

No, I only wrote to the code contributors.  Can you easily get email
addresses?
