[Texmacs-dev] [Announce] nogencc-15 released

The new nogencc has been released.

New this release: ported TeXmacs-misc.

There may still be problems (with overloaded operators) in unused code
in the Math directory, but since that is completely unrelated to
TeXmacs I do not consider that a showstopper.
